About SCA
The Safety Centre Alliance exists to facilitate support, networking and development between permanent interactive safety centres in the UK and to support those wishing to set up new centres. It was was formed in April 2009.
The Alliance aims to:-
• Collaborate on development projects such as new programmes for different user groups
• Provide support and expertise to both existing and future safety centres
• Provide a facility for peer evaluation and assessment to ensure high standards
Membership
Full membership is open to existing safety centres and those with clear plans and funding in place to build new centres in the UK (England, Scotland, Wales, NI). Both full and associate member organisations currently pay an annual subscription of £100.
All members of staff in a member organisation are encouraged to join our Google Discussion Forum and take part in the Alliance.
