After months of careful preparation and consultation, Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service has formally submitted its planning application for an integrated Safety Centre and fire station at Lymm.
The application includes a detailed planning statement and drawings, plus a range of supporting reports on issues such traffic management, ecology and engagement with people living close to the site. These will all be considered by Warrington Borough Council and available to the public to view and comment on over the summer.
A decision on the application is expected in September 2014.
Further details of the new centre can be found here.
UPDATE: The Centre was granted planning permission in August 2014.
